Quick Omlette

Here's a quick omelette the kids wanted for breakfast. It's probably bad for adults, but for the kids, it'll give them enough calories for the entire morning.


Saute a bit of ham with some onions for filling.


Beat a couple of eggs, add some salt, pepper, and a bit of cilantro.


Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan.


Place a slice of american cheese and add the filling.


Slide what's in the pan into a plate and fold the egg over to cover the filling. Put a bit of ketchup or tobasco if you like.

That's it. A quick fattening breakfast.
